Zirconia Ceramic Lining Ball Valve

The block part (closing part) of the zirconia ball valve is an zirconia ceramic sphere with an opening, the ball rotates around the center line of the valve body, the opening of the valve block is adjusted, so the cross-sectional area of the medium flow is changed,so the flow rate can be adjusted, it can also be used for switch control, to achieve the opening or closing of the flow.

Properties of ZrO2 Ceramic Lined Ball Valve

 

1.High hardness (higher than HRA88, 8 times of ordinary steel), good wear resistance;

 

2. Good chemical stability, can resist most acid and alkali medium corrosion;

 

3. zirconia ceramic material has self-cleaning and self-lubricating function, so that the whole valve sealing performance is good, no leakage risk, while reducing valve stem torque, which favors smooth switching;

 

4. Simple structure, small volume, and small fluid resistance;

 

5. Easy operation and control, fast opening and closing, from fully open to fully closed only need to rotate 90 degrees;
