Silicion Nitride Ceramic Heating Element Si3N4 Ceramic Ignitor

After the silicon nitride ceramic ignitor is powered, it can heat up to 800~1000℃ in tens of seconds, and ignite the fuel by direct heat transfer or blast heat transfer. The temperature buffer area is designed on the ignitor to protect the terminal from being damaged, and the insulation package at the terminal can effectively prevent short circuit caused by conductive ash.

Usage Instructions

 
 
 
1. When igniting solid fuel, it is necessary to use blast mode to transfer the heat of the ignitor to the fuel;
 
 
 
2. It is necessary to determine the appropriate gas flow rate according to the selected ignitor specification, and the design of the airflow channel should ensure that airflow is fully in contact with the ignitor, and ensure that the external heat dissipation of the ignitor is sufficient;
 
 
 
3. No part of the igniter shall be placed in the combustion chamber;
 
 
 
4. Models with large heating area or the combination of multiple ignitors can provide faster ignition speed;
 
 
 
5. The ignitor should be monitored when using the ignitor and the temperature of the package end, the ignitor package end should be well dissipated, the temperature should not exceed 400℃, and the ignitor should be closed in time after successful ignition.
