Properties of Silicon Carbide Mould

 

Silicon carbide mould has high temperature resistance, good thermal stability and oxidation resistance, high thermal conductivity, small thermal expansion coefficient, high hardness and good wear resistance, also with high strength and good corrosion resistance.

 

1. High surface finish, no reaction or bonding with glass, good demoulding performance;

 

2. High temperature resistance, good stability and oxidation resistance at high temperature, and no deformation;

 

3. High thermal conductivity, good temperature equalization, fast heat transfer and heat dissipation, fast thermal response speed (heating and cooling speed);

 

4. High hardness, good wear resistance, will not produce dust pollutants.
