1. Good corrosion resistance

The silicon carbide seal ring is resistant to acid, alkali and other chemicals, and can be applied to a variety of corrosive media in the environment;

Silicon carbide seal ring material has high hardness, wear resistance is good, and service life is long;

 

3. High temperature resistance

4. Low thermal expansion coefficient

It's widely used in connection part of pipelines, pumps, valves and other equipment, end face or entrance of sealing containers or equipment, as well as the bearing sides of the drive shaft, the sealing effect is good, and replacement cycle is long.

1. Select the appropriate silicon carbide seal ring according to the design size and working environment, so as to avoid premature aging of the seal ring and reduce the service life of the seal ring;
 
2. Clean the dust and impurities of the silicon carbide seal ring and the mating surface before installation, to ensure the service life of the silicon carbide seal;
 
3. Install the sealing ring in the correct direction, so as not to cause poor sealing effect;
 
4. The ambient temperature of the silicon carbide seal ring should not exceed the maximum use temperature, if the temperature is too high, it will cause the aging of the seal and reduce the service life of the seal ring.
