Properties of Silicon Carbide Ceramic Ball

 

 

 

1. Silicon carbide ball is resistant to high temperature, the use temperature can reach higher than 1500℃, with good thermal shock resistance, meet the needs of operation under high temperature conditions, can adapt to rapid temperature changes.

 

 

2. Silicon carbide ball has high thermal conductivity, about 150W/(m*K), which can quickly dissipate heat during operation to avoid the formation of local high temperature.

 

 

3. Silicon carbide ball elastic modulus is large, thermal expansion coefficient is small, under heavy load or high temperature conditions, the ball deformation is small, to meet the high precision application needs.

 

 

4. Silicon carbide ball has good corrosion resistance, can be in direct contact with acid, alkali and other chemical substances, and can adapt to the working environment containing corrosive substances.

 

 

5. Silicon carbide ball has high surface finish, non-stick surface material, good self-lubrication, and can work normally without lubrication in bearings.
