Silicon Nitride Degassing Rotor

The silicon nitride degasing rotor is composed of two parts: the rotor rod and the nozzle. The transmission system drives the rotor to rotate, argon or nitrogen gas is blown into the aluminum melting liquid through the rotor rod and the nozzle to discharge the hydrogen and oxidation slag in the melt, so that the melt can be purified.

1. Silicon nitride degassing rotor has good oxidation resistance and abrasion resistance, and stable degassing effect.

 

 

 

2. The silicon nitride degassing rotor is light in weight and can easily achieve high speed, it can disperse the bubbles to all corners of the inner cavity to improve the degassing efficiency.

 

 

 

3. Silicon nitride degassing rotor has strong resistance to molten metal erosion, good corrosion resistance, and no pollution to liquid metal.

 

 

 

4. The surface of silicon nitride degassing rotor is smooth, non-stick aluminum, and non-slag, which can minimize the disturbance to the melt surface, thereby reducing the liquid level fluctuation.

1. In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the silicon nitride rotor, it is necessary to adjust the concentricity of the sub-shaft and the drive shaft during the initial installation.
 
 
 
2. The product should be evenly preheated above 400℃ before use.
 
 
 
3. In order to extend the rotor service life, it is recommended to clean and maintain the surface regularly (12-15 days), and check the fastening flange bolts.
 
 
 
4. When the rotor shaft is found to have visible swing, be sure to stop and readjust the concentricity of the rotor shaft to make it within a reasonable error range.
